Seller Listing Services
I provide free listing appointments where I go over my individualized strategy to sell your home for the most profit. Then I get to work by staging/ organizing and send over a photographer. I'll list your home in the MLS, I will also be marketing in many other avenues including open houses. As you receive offers on your home, I review each one with you in detail. If your home has lots of interest, we will discuss how best to deal with multiple offers. Once under contract, I review all disclosures and strongly negotiate with you if anything comes up during inspection and appraisal. I also am constantly in contact with the buyer's lender to make sure there are no issues that come up for the purchase. Another important part of the process is working to find solutions for my seller clients such as contractors for inspection items, moving companies, short term rentals, or anything you need from me to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible!
Shepherd and Associates owns and manages several rental properties, some furnished. We offer flexible leases for our clients to use while looking for or building a new home.
