Castle Rock Giveaways & Deals

My goal through CRGD is to network with other local business owners, while providing something valuable to the customers I'm marketing to. My Facebook, Instagram and magazine will be focused on promoting local businesses through coupons, deals, and giveaways; while also incorporating my real estate brand. I pay for all marketing, printing, and distribution costs, and only ask businesses to give some type of offer to promote as well as a minimum of 2 giveaways.

Benefits to partnering with CRGD
1. Free advertising on social media platforms. 
Daily posts begin in March with a marketing strategy to reach the most Castle Rock locals. Businesses will be able to send me a deal to post up to 1x per week. I ask that at least 1 deal per month be an exclusive to my page. These can be limited time deals, ex: "BOGO today only." 
2. Free Ad in magazine coupon booklet.
2 times per year I will be printing a minimum of 1000 coupon booklets and distributing them in Castle Rock and Douglas county. Each ad must contain a coupon valid for at least 4 months. First edition is scheduled to print in May. 
3. Other marketing and networking opportunities 
I will occasionally be doing postcard mailers and digital download deals that will give you options for partnering with me throughout the year. I will also be holding community events that will hold opportunities as well. These will as be optional for businesses to participate in, and some may have minimal fees to help absorb printing and marketing costs. 

Summary of Requirements:
-6 month commitment
-Provide 1 exclusive deal for me to post at lease 1x per month.
- Provide 3 giveaways in the 6 month period, one with a minimum value of $25 and 2 with a min. value of $10
- Provide a coupon ad to be printed in magazine.


Additional optional opportunities will be sent by email as they become available.
