Buyer Reate

 The cost of a down payment, and closing costs, leaves little left over for home improvements, furniture, or even moving expenses. That is why I offer my buyer rebate. When I help you purchase a home, I get paid at closing from the sellers pocket. I give my buyers a portion of my commission (paid by sellers) to help balance out the price of becoming homeowners.

Please contact me for information on your specific rebate amount. The rebate varies depending on purchase price and location of home. It is usually a couple grand but can be as high as 5k! Please send me a quick note below and I will send you information specific to your buyer rebate. I look forward to hearing from you!

The buyers rebate cannot be combined with any other buyer promotions such as the rental rebate or relocation program.
